Heat oven to 375°F. Omit chives. Prepare as directed. Spoon mixture into shallow 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Toss 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs with additional 1 Tbsp. melted butter; sprinkle over mixture in casserole. Bake 25 to 30 min or until bubbly.
