  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions, celery and garlic; cook 4 to 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour, thyme and pepper; mix well. Cook 2 min. or until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until slightly thickened.
  • Drain pasta. Add to vegetable mixture in saucepan along with the lobster, cheeses and remaining butter; mix lightly. Cook on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with chives.

How to Bake in Oven with Crumb Topping

Heat oven to 375°F. Omit chives. Prepare as directed. Spoon mixture into shallow 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Toss 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs with additional 1 Tbsp. melted butter; sprinkle over mixture in casserole. Bake 25 to 30 min or until bubbly.


Prepare using a mixture of cooked shrimp and lobster or your favorite seafood combination.
