The first time I made these I added a Tbsp of lemon juice and they were good. The second time I added a half cup of orange flavored craisins and everyone really loved them! This recipe is a keeper!
I used egg beater instead of egg and I also used lemon juice to give it some zip. If using more than a Tbls. then subtract a spoonful of milk .
Very good, will make this recipe again. Good way to start the morning.
