Low-Fat Tiramisu

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet—and so it is with our Low-Fat Tiramisu, made with fat-free milk and sugar-free pudding.

What You Need

cup  MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL CAFÉ Sugar Free French Vanilla Café, divided
Tbsp.  hot water
pkg.  (3 oz.) soft ladyfingers, split
cups  cold fat-free milk
tub  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese
pkg.  (1 oz. each) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
tsp.  ground cinnamon
cup  thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

Make It

DISSOLVE 1 Tbsp. flavored instant coffee in hot water. Line bottom and side of shallow 2-qt. dish with ladyfinger halves, with cut sides facing in; brush with coffee.

BLEND 1/2 cup milk, cream cheese and remaining flavored instant coffee in blender until smooth. Add dry pudding mixes, cinnamon and remaining milk; blend until smooth. Slowly pour over ladyfingers on bottom of dish; cover with COOL WHIP.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm.

The best way to thaw frozen COOL WHIP Whipped Topping is in its container in the refrigerator. Depending on the size tub you have, the thawing time varies. Recommended thawing times are: 8-oz. tub - 4 hours; 12-oz. tub - 5 hours; 16-oz. tub - 6 hours. We DO NOT recommend thawing COOL WHIP Whipped Topping in the microwave.
