I made this for a potluck at work. Everyone loved it! It was very easy to make. I would definitly recommend this recipe.

what you need

pkg. (3 oz.) ladyfingers, split

cups cold fat-free milk

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

cup sliced strawberries

cup blackberries or blueberries

cup raspberries

Make It

LINE bottom and side of 2-quart serving bowl with ladyfingers.

POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into prepared bowl. Using back of spoon, spread pudding mixture to form a depression in center. Mix berries with remaining whipped topping. Spoon into center of pudding mixture.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until ready to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

I made just the pudding and fruit part of this recipie (no lady fingers) and the whole family loved it, including my picky boys. I do think next time I will try using a different flavor pudding such as the fat free sugar free cheesecake flavor. Will definitely make again though!

I have made this recipe many times & every time I make it someone asks for the recipe. It is a great dessert for diabetics if you use sugar free pudding. I really enjoy making it. because it is so easy!!!

i modified recipe a little, i just put the pudding mixture in a bowl and added some fresh fruit on the top. tasted great, everybody loved it. quick and easy to make. low weight watcher points-only about 10pts for whole thing!

Very good. I followed the basic recipe but subsituted several items due to availability (i.e. w/one regular vanilla pudding, 2%milk, thin layer of sponge cake, and used all strawberries) so it was more like a strawberry spongecake. I will definately make it again as I received rave reviews.

This recipe is great and I can hardly believe it's low fat. Don't be scared to use the no sugar added pudding because the cool whip and milk add back in the sweetness. Also, pound cake works well as a bottom.
