Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.

I made this in a springform pan, it stayed together great. I f you let the main jello set up to long it will not hold good when you mix it with the cool whip. My kids love helping make this.
made it for a potluck meal, everyone loved it. the only thing i did not like is that it kinda fell apart. use a spoon to serve. very good and very easy to make!
This is a show-stopping dessert and my husband's favorite. It is a winner everytime.
