What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

1-1/2

cups water

1/2

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Shells

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2

cup chopped tomatoes

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add Macaroni, water, salsa and Cheese Sauce Mix; mix well. Bring to boil. Cook on medium-low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.

SPOON into taco shells.

TOP evenly with shredded cheese and tomatoes.

My kids loved this recipe & it made alot of leftovers. Great for those large gatherings. I even enjoyed it.

Instead of tacos, we made quesadillas. My family raved about this and they don't really like Mexican food. A++

My husband LOVES this recipe...I get a "babe..this is really good" everytime I make it. Plus, it really cuts back on the time by cooking it all in one skillet! I add a little taco seasoning to zing it up a bit!

I chose this recipe because I needed something quick for just my two young kids & I, because my husband was working one rare evening. I wasn't sure if I would like it, but I was pleasantly surprised. And my kids LOVED the tacos!! We even had leftovers, which my husband devoured when he returned home. This is definately a keeper in our family.

This was a nice change from the normal taco. We are taco fans and wanted a change. I was nervous about having Mac and cheese in our taco but it was really good. I used the character mac and cheese and we all liked it better,

The macaroni with the taco shells was kind of weird. My husband and I weren't too sure about it. My 2-year-old thought it was cool that she had macaroni in her taco, and we liked the way that it didn't fall out of her taco. The recipe was easy.
