Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Budget Friendly & Yummy Very easy on the budget, very simple to put together, and a huge kid pleaser. My kids kept going back for more. It's a good thing I only wanted a small serving of it, and I do have to agree with the kids, this was pretty tasty! For the topping, I found these Roasted Vegetable Ritz like crackers. I have to say Ritz like because they are not Ritz brand, but looks like a Ritz LOL. I crushed those up and mixed it with melted butter, and sprinkled on top before baking. I served it with a salad to complete this quick and easy no fuss dinner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this for dinner for the first time and decided to alter it just a bit. I made this for dinner for the first time and decided to alter it just a bit. I used left over ham, peas and carrot mix, and I added some Velveeta and an onion. I also swapped sour cream for the milk to make it a bit more creamier. It was very good and made more than what I expected- I had to use a 9x13 pan. I will definately make this again for my kids!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very easy to make, quick, & tasted great. very easy to make, quick, & tasted great. Wanted to make something to use up holiday ham leftovers without everyone feeling like they were eating ham, again. I was so excited when I actually had all the ingredients. I used a box of Green Giant Steamers-Buttered Peas & it tasted great. Loved the crackers on top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super, super, super easy. Super, super, super easy. I buy the ham from the deli counter and have them slice it thick so I can dice it at home. I always have the ingredients on hand at home. I even made it for a friend and her family after her surgery. They loved it too! Next time I will try some crumbled chips or bread crumbs on top.

I made this one night(figuring my husband would complain) and was pleasantly suprised when he and my kids gobbled it down and wanted seconds. I now make it once a week and have to make a double batch in a 13x9 dish. This is our new go to meal in a pinch!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yummy! Yummy! I made this to use up some leftover ham, and now wish I had more ham to make another! I used Velveeta Shells & Cheese and substituted corn for the peas and my family loved it! Definitely add the Ritz cracker topping for the crunch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was alright. This recipe was alright. Definitely use the Ritz crackers- next time I'll do 1 cup rather than half. I also used canned with no salt added peas rather than frozen. The day care kids ate this all up so it's a good one for kids.
