This recipe definitely needs a kick of something - onion, garlic....? I don't know. I made it last night and it is sooo bland. I actually added some pepper and salt ahead of time and it is still bland. I've removed it from my recipe box. It looks better than it tastes.

After reading some reviews, I decided to use this recipe as a foundation and make some changes: I added a Tablespoon of butter to the hot macaroni. I added 1/2 cup of milk to the egg mixture. I added some chopped red bell pepper. I doubled the cheese and stirred in half and topped with the other half. Two teens, my partner and I all gave it thumbs up.

This was ok, I prefer my Mac & cheese creamy. Only one of my kids liked it. Don't think I would make it again.
