What You Need

cups  milk
lb.  (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
cups  tri-colored rotini pasta, cooked, drained
slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
cup  sliced green onions
tsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)
cup  canned French fried onions

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F. Cook milk, VELVEETA and mustard in large saucepan on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Add pasta, bacon, green onions and pepper; mix lightly.

SPOON into greased 2-qt. casserole; cover.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until heated through; stir. Top with onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

For easy crumbled bacon, use kitchen scissors to snip raw bacon into 1/2-inch pieces. Let pieces fall right into skillet, then cook until crisp and drain on paper towels.
