Rated 4 out of 5 by from I always need a quick dinner / lunch and this one i found and just made for lunch. I always need a quick dinner / lunch and this one i found and just made for lunch. The only thing i did was use a mild italian sausage as the chorzio is quite spicy for the kids, they loved it and you know what usually happens when you mess with their ' Kraft D ', although mine are really easy going, you should not mess with it !!!!!!!! I added some hot sauce to mine and it was zipped right up for the big guys.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and easy recipe. Fast and easy recipe. Let's your creativity go wild. My family loves this with added Black Beans, Bell Peppers and Pemintos, serve it with warm Tortilla's and Honey. (Honey will take away the edge from the Chorizo if you don't like it's spicey appeal)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I sauteed the onion, green pepper and 1/2 of a medium zucchini with 1/2 lb. I sauteed the onion, green pepper and 1/2 of a medium zucchini with 1/2 lb. turkey sausage (sliced) since we don't chorizo. Also added 2 T. diced tomatoes when I mixed it all together. Sounds odd, but was really good!
