Makes 4 servings, 2 meatloaf muffins each.

What You Need

2
cups  wheat bran flake cereal
1/2
cup  BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
2
 egg whites
3/4
lb.  extra-lean ground beef
1
 yellow onion, chopped
1
 green pepper, chopped
1
 carrot, shredded

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX cereal, 1/3 cup barbecue sauce and egg whites in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

SHAPE into loaf; place on foil-lined rack of broiler pan. Brush with remaining sauce.

BAKE 1 hour or until done (160°F).

Serve with cooked brown rice and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing, such as CATALINA.
Barbecue-Glazed Meatloaf "Muffins"
Prepare as directed, mounding the meat mixture in 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Continue as directed.
