Makes 4 servings, 2 meatloaf muffins each.

What You Need

cups wheat bran flake cereal

1/2

cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

egg whites

3/4

lb. extra-lean ground beef

yellow onion, chopped

green pepper, chopped

carrot, shredded

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX cereal, 1/3 cup barbecue sauce and egg whites in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

SHAPE into loaf; place on foil-lined rack of broiler pan. Brush with remaining sauce.

BAKE 1 hour or until done (160°F).

Serve with cooked brown rice and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing, such as CATALINA.

Barbecue-Glazed Meatloaf "Muffins"

Prepare as directed, mounding the meat mixture in 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray. Continue as directed.

I have no idea what is wrong with this but something is. I made it to a T and my boyfriend and i HATED it. The bran flakes got all soggy and tasted like cardboard! I will not make this again, I will try a whole new one.

i make this dish often. everyone loves it. I am not a meatloaf kind of girl, but i loooove this recipe.

This recipe is absolutely delicious and incredibly moist. It's my husband's favorite. I always make double and freeze the extra. I use lean ground turkey and Kraft Honey BBQ sauce instead, though- very good!!

We loved this recipe. I didn't have the BBG sauce called for on hand so used what I had. This added a rather sweet flavor, which we loved. People had commented about too many veggies and too much bran....not so! I'll admit when I saw it in the bowl I wondered but it was just terrific. We will make this a regular on our menu.

The BBQ sauce makes it taste very different from most meatloaf. I also doubled the meat and didn't use carrots, but the veggies were still a bit too much.

I love this meatloaf! I use Kraft original bbq sauce which gives the dish a sweet flavor--YUM!!
