What You Need

pkg.  (1.3 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Cook & Serve Pudding
cups  fat-free milk
cup  PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
oz.  BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, melted
cups  thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided
 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Make It

COOK pudding mix with milk in large saucepan as directed on package. Remove from heat. Whisk in peanut butter. Place pan in bowl of ice water; let stand 5 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, whisk chocolate and 1/2 cup COOL WHIP until well blended. Spread onto bottom of crust.

ADD 1 cup of the remaining COOL WHIP to pudding; whisk until well blended. Pour into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

Makeover - How We Did It
We took a favorite pie recipe and made it over by preparing it with fat-free milk instead of 2% milk, and fat-free sugar-free pudding mix instead of the full-fat mix. We also decreased both the amount of peanut butter and melted chocolate to give you the same great taste with a savings of 100 calories and 6 grams of fat, including 2.5 grams of saturated fat, per serving.
