If I would have known before hand that salmon is canned with the bones and the skin I wouldn't have thought to myself, "Hey, this sounds like a quick and easy recipe that I want to try." Next time, I'll cook my own boneless, skinless salmon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I loved the salmon flavor. I loved the salmon flavor. It is less fishy tasting than tuna. I add 2 boiled eggs and omitted the raisins. I also added extra curry. It was really good. A nice switch from the regular tuna salad.
