Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for a party or family get together. Excellent for a party or family get together. My family loved it, however I used less peas and added some shredded carrots for color and taste, I also made extra dressing (very good). Just as a varning - I have made it twice and the first time I used caned peas - big mistake - totally different taste and to mushy.

I've made layered salads before & enjoy putting them together. This recipe does not have alot of ingredients, but low & behold it has a super, duper taste. I rate it a 10 ++++.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, beautiful, and delicious! Easy, beautiful, and delicious! My family loved it! I used spinach salad dressing (with poppy seeds and bacon) instead of the dressing in the recipe and it was great! I had to email it to family members, as they want to make it themselves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great! great! anytime you can make a spectacular, showy salad is wonderful, but to make it a day ahead, even better!! Decorate with tomato wedges and grated, egg yolk and white(boiled eggs!) to make it fancier.
