This recipe is so easy to make and it's so delicious! It is one of my husband's favorite recipes that I've gotten off of this website. They freeze really well too. It's so nice being able to pull out the individual servings out of the freezer and only heating up what you need and not worrying about leftovers going bad.

This recipe is quick and also leaving some for later. It is very flavorful, as one can taste the various flavors in each bite. I gave the recipe to my sister and she loved it, stating that it would make a nice meal for company.

I don't like meatloaf but this is so good! The 1st time I made it I didn't have any barbecue sauce so I just added some Cajun marinade, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and it was incredible. This time I doubled the batch and used Yingling porter barbecue sauce and corn bread stuffing, they;re freezing now and I can't wait to try it!
