This makes a pretty good weeknight dinner. However, there is nothing here that rates five stars. It's easy to make, but ordinary.
This is one I will make again, especially if I'm entertaining.
Absolutely loved this one!!! It is very simple and very delicious!! My husband loved it, too! I made this after a day of Christmas shopping and it was quick and easy! I bought shrimp that were already cleaned, steamed, and spiced to make it even quicker. I omitted the garlic and used only half the onion. I also used a box of tomato sauce instead of can and I used the whole jar of salsa. I also added fresh tomatoes and mushrooms and used the brown rice. The recipe makes enough for plenty of leftovers.
