Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely loved this one! Absolutely loved this one!!! It is very simple and very delicious!! My husband loved it, too! I made this after a day of Christmas shopping and it was quick and easy! I bought shrimp that were already cleaned, steamed, and spiced to make it even quicker. I omitted the garlic and used only half the onion. I also used a box of tomato sauce instead of can and I used the whole jar of salsa. I also added fresh tomatoes and mushrooms and used the brown rice. The recipe makes enough for plenty of leftovers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband saw this recipe in your magazine and decided to make it (he's not a cook). My husband saw this recipe in your magazine and decided to make it (he's not a cook). He thought it was relatively easy, followed the instructions fairly closely and it turned out terrific. He used a mild flavored salsa but I think the next time we'll use a salsa with medium heat.
