Make-Ahead Cheesy Taco Filling

Here's a beefy filling with make-ahead convenience. It's perfect for filling tacos, serving over tortilla chips or as a meaty, cheesy baked potato topper.

What You Need

1
lb.  lean ground beef
6
oz.  VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2
tsp.  chili powder
1/4
tsp.  ground cumin
1
cup  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Add VELVEETA and seasonings; mix well. Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in salsa.

SPOON into 8-inch square baking dish. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.

HEAT oven to 350°F. Bake meat mixture, uncovered, 20 to 30 min. or until heated through.
