  • Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice from top of cake; set aside. Cut out center of cake, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shell on bottom and sides. Reserve removed cake pieces for snacking or another use.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Reserve 1 cup pudding mixture. Chop 5 cookies; stir into remaining pudding mixture, then spoon into cake shell. Cover with top of cake.
  • Frost top of cake with reserved pudding mixture. Chop remaining cookie; sprinkle over cake. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
