This is a very easy recipe that I have made several times. It freezes well for future use. I usually double it, one for now and one for later. The only change I make is the barbecue sauce. I use whatever I have on hand.
Some good heat without begin too hot. Fire roasted canned tomatoes are also very tasty in this recipe.
What a delicious change of pace. Served to sister in law and she immediately asked for recipe. So easy and fast! Will make double so some actually does get frozen for make ahead chili! None made it into the freezer this time.
