Delicious, a favorite recipe for me and my family in the fall. I count it among my favorite recipes.
First, please leave PLENTY of time to cook this dinner. The time allowed left our tenderloin RAW in the middle, and the squash was completely mushy. Not even worth the money it took to buy the ingredients. Too bad, because the house smelled lovely when it was cooking in the oven. :( BOOOOOOO!
