PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 8 triangles.
WRAP 1 dough triangle around each chocolate cake, pinching seams together to seal. Place in 8-inch round cake pan.
BAKE 15 to 17 min. or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack 15 min. Remove from pan to serving plate; drizzle with Powdered Sugar Glaze and melted chocolate. Serve warm.
