quick, easy, and fast. I added Brown Sugar and Topped with walnuts and marshmallows. It's easy to adjust to your own taste's.

What You Need

1/4
cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4
cup orange juice
1/2
tsp. ground cinnamon

cans (15 oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained
15
 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows (about 2 cups)

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX butter, orange juice and cinnamon in 1-qt. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray until well blended.

ADD sweet potatoes; mix lightly. Top with marshmallows.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until sweet potatoes are heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.

This sweet side dish is a holiday favorite. Pair it with a mixed green salad and cooked lean meat, poultry or fish for a balanced meal.
Substitute
Substitute 2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows for the 15 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows.
Use Your Microwave
Mix sweet potatoes with butter mixture as directed. Place in 1-qt. microwaveable dish. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 min. or until sweet potatoes are heated through, stirring after 4 min. Top with marshmallows; let stand 2 to 3 min. or until marshmallows begin to melt.
