Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was an easy recipe to make, and didn't require many ingredients. This was an easy recipe to make, and didn't require many ingredients. It unmolded beautifully, and it's very pleasing visually. There's a nice contrast between the mandarin orange layer and the mousse layer. This has to firm in the refrigerator for a while after assembly, so this is a make-ahead recipe.
