  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.

Substitute

Prepare using 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin.

How to Unmold Gelatin

Dip mold in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate. Holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.

    Used sugar free jello, still very good

    I made this recipe following the recipe exactly. When I unmolded it onto the serving plate, it was perfect until I put my serving spoon into it and it just collapsed. I wonder if the three cups of ice cubes were too much water. If I decide to make this again, I will let it partially set and then add the fruit. The taste was excellant and my company were very polite eating very soft jello.

    This mold is easy to make plus it's great for the kids. They just love to watch this dessert wiggle all over.
