Assemble salad as directed but do not add the dressing. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Toss with dressing just before serving.
Prepare using KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing and substituting 1 Tbsp. sesame seed for the nuts.
For added color, prepare with a combination of green and red grapes.
The spinach in this low-fat salad is an excellent source of vitamin A and the mandarin oranges provide vitamin C!

Even though I liked this salad it was a little sweet. Maybe it might be better paired with the Asian sesame dressing by Kraft.
