 unripe medium mango, peeled and grated or finely chopped

cup grated carrot

tsp. minced fresh ginger
1
clove garlic, minced

Tbsp. red wine vinegar

Tbsp. brown sugar
2
Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1
Tbsp. lime juice

Make It

MIX mango, carrot, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar, cilantro and juice in small bowl. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with crackers.
