  • Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; mix well. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
  • Layer half each of the mangos and pudding mixture in 8 parfait glasses. Repeat layers.
  • Top with remaining COOL WHIP.

    I love this recipe. Too bad we do not have Instant Pudding here in the Philippines so I can't make it

    I really liked this recipe. I added grapes, strawberries, and mangoes to mine just because I'm not a huge fan of mangoes. Just be sure to beat the cream cheese really well before adding the other ingredients. I didn't do this and there were small chunks of cream cheese left in the mix. Everyone loved this! And it was too heavy so it's a great summer dessert!
