Serve this flavorful salad with a whole wheat roll.
Prepare chicken salad as directed; spoon evenly onto 9 large lettuce leaves. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks, if desired. Makes 3 servings, 3 wraps each.

I used equal parts plain yogurt and mayo with a little lemon juice instead of the recommended lemon yogurt because it's what I had on hand. It was wonderful and I will certainly make this dish again in the near future.
My first time eating mangos and avacodos. I liked the salad but was not crazy about the dressing. I think it was the mayo that I did not like. I think I will make it again with a deferent dressing

Used chicken from a precooked rotisserie chicken. Less expensive that way.
