    I used equal parts plain yogurt and mayo with a little lemon juice instead of the recommended lemon yogurt because it's what I had on hand. It was wonderful and I will certainly make this dish again in the near future.

    My first time eating mangos and avacodos. I liked the salad but was not crazy about the dressing. I think it was the mayo that I did not like. I think I will make it again with a deferent dressing

    WOW! So delicious and fresh... can't wait for another occasion to make it! Used chicken from a precooked rotisserie chicken. Less expensive that way.
