Mango Chipotle-Shrimp Salad

What You Need

1/4
cup  oil
1
lb.  uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
1/2
cup  KRAFT Mango Chipotle Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
8
cups  tightly packed mixed salad greens
1
 avocado, sliced
1
cup  grape tomatoes
6
 thin red onion slices, seprated into rings

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.

STIR in 1/4 cup dressing.

TOSS salad greens with avocados, tomatoes and onions in large bowl; top with shrimp. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
