The mango can be chopped ahead of time and frozen. Spread into single layer on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet; freeze until firm. Transfer to resealable freezer-weight plastic bag; freeze up to 3 months. No need to thaw before using to prepare these delicious smoothies.
Cut each mango in half, just clearing the long flat seed. Score the flesh into squares of desired size, being careful to cut up to, but not through, the skin. Press the skin so the cut fruit pops outward, then cut the cubes from the skin to remove.
