  • Brush 2 tsp. butter evenly onto both sides of tortillas. Mix sugar and spice powder; sprinkle onto both sides of tortillas. Stack tortillas on microwaveable plate; cover with paper towel.
  • Melt remaining butter in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mangos; cook 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally. Remove from skillet.
  • Microwave tortillas on HIGH 30 to 40 sec. or just until warmed. Unstack tortillas. Top with mangos and COOL WHIP; fold in half.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute 1/4 tsp. each ground cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger for the Chinese five-spice powder.

Easy Cleanup

Use a sturdy paper plate for heating the tortillas.
