Mango Salsa Chicken

What You Need

2
large  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1
Tbsp.  brown sugar
2
tsp.  chili powder
1/2
tsp.  garlic powder
1
large  mango, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1
 avocado, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1/4
cup  KRAFT Mango Chipotle Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4
cup  chopped red onions
2
Tbsp.  chopped fresh cilantro
2
tsp.  oil

Make It

CUT each chicken breast horizontally in half to make 2 thin pieces. Mix next 3 ingredients until blended; rub onto both sides of each chicken piece. Refrigerate 10 min. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except oil.

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook on medium heat 4 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).

SERVE chicken topped with mango salsa.

Substitute a second mango for the avocado.
