CUT each chicken breast horizontally in half to make 2 thin pieces. Mix next 3 ingredients until blended; rub onto both sides of each chicken piece. Refrigerate 10 min. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except oil.
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook on medium heat 4 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
SERVE chicken topped with mango salsa.
