  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook chicken in large ovenproof skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min. on each side or until evenly browned. Remove from heat.
  • Top chicken with onions; surround with apples. Mix syrup and dressing; pour over chicken.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Drizzle with syrup mixture from bottom of skillet.

Cooking Know-How

If you don't have an ovenproof skillet, simply cover the handle of your regular skillet with several layers of foil before using as directed.


Substitute honey for the syrup.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with prepared STOVE TOP Stuffing or hot cooked rice.

    I made this for my parents. They absolutely loved it but I personally did find it a bit bland for my taste.

    This was delicious! My family at it UP!! I served it with chicken flavored rice and stewed carrots. It was a hit! I'll definitely make it again!!

    I thought it was a little tasteless, but my husband liked it. I may add more onions next time, to put over a baked potato. I used real maple syrup. The meat was very tender.
