  • Spread nuts evenly onto bottom of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 6 min. or until lightly toasted. Meanwhile, mix syrup and mustard until blended.
  • Pour syrup mixture over nuts; stir to evenly coat. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until syrup mixture is cooked off, stirring after 5 min.
  • Mix sugar and red pepper until blended; sprinkle over nuts. Stir. Cool completely.
