Tbsp. butter

lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed

1/2

cup chicken broth

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard

1/4

cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup

1/4

tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Make It

MELT butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sprouts; cook and stir 5 min. or until lightly browned.

STIR in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook 8 min. or until sprouts are tender and sauce has reduced to a thick glaze, removing lid after 5 min.

This was OK. My boyfriend really enjoyed it, but it was just so-so for me. I thought the glaze would stick to the brussels more.

I was looking for something different for Easter dinner. This is different !!! It was not nearly as good as it sounded. I will probably not make this again.

This was my first brussels sprouts receipe and my husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. The marinade was great. I will make it again soon. I also would like to try broiling and boiling as well.

Perhaps I overcooked my sprouts, but really, the combination of sprouts, maple syrup and dijon mustard sounded good, but was not.

I found this to be a very interesting way to prepare burssel sprouts. It was really good and I'll be making it again!

It sounds strange, but the flavor of maple and dijon together are really a great match for the brussels sprouts. I also added some carmelized onion and garlic.

Great recipe! So easy and everybody that tried them loved them even those who swore they didn't like brussel sprouts!
