  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix mustard, syrup and vinegar in small bowl; set aside.
  • Grill ham steak 3 min. on each side. Brush with 1/4 cup of the mustard mixture; cook 1 to 2 min. more on each side or until heated through.
  • Serve with the remaining mustard mixture.

Jazz It Up

Add extra flavor by grilling over soaked hickory wood chips.

Use Your Broiler

Preheat broiler. Place ham on rack of broiler pan; brush with 1/4 cup of the mustard mixture. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 3 min. on each side or until heated through. Serve with the remaining mustard mixture.

I wasn't crazy about the combination of ingredients as I read through this recipe, but as I mixed and then grilled the ham, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it turn out delicious, but the more the sauce caramelized, the better it was.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved this easy recipe. Loved this easy recipe. Used salad cider vinegar as we prefer it over ordinary cider vinegar. Added slightly more maple syrup than the recipe called for. As with any recipe I modify to our tastes. Will definitely make again.
