Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great and very nice flavors! This was great and very nice flavors! I also added a thinly sliced apple to the sweet potatoes and onions. It was very good and the pork came out so moist and tender! This is very easy to make and everything is done in one pan (that I lined with foil so easy clean up!). I will make this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My sister made this and instead of pork she used chicken breast. My sister made this and instead of pork she used chicken breast. It was so good! I didn't expect all of those ingredients to taste so great together.. Make sure you slice the potatoes thin enough to cook all the way through. I am sure she or I will make this dish again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from MAKE SURE TO SLICE THE YAMS VERY THINLY.... MAKE SURE TO SLICE THE YAMS VERY THINLY.... messy cleanup. the bbq sauce made the pork tasty, but too much of a good thing can be bad.. we agreed that next time we would keep the pork as is, but prepare the potatoes differently.
