Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tasty! I made this for Thanksgiving and my family loved it. Two minor nits. My son picked the sweet potatoes and he picked large ones so the microwaving took longer (and there were only two, not four). Also, I think the maple syrup should be increased to 1/3 c.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful, a new favorite! I made this the day before Thanksgiving and just heated it while the turkey was resting. VERY easy and not ridiculously sweet. Microwaving the potatoes made it more dense in texture and intensified the sweetness of the potatoes. Everyone loved it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, delicious sweet potato casserole We made this recipe up the night before Thanksgiving, saving the pecans and marshmallows to add when reheated on Thanksgiving. I used pure dark maple syrup from Vermont, and it was soooo tasty! Made the house smell good, too.
