Healthy Living

Save 90 calories, 9g of fat and 5.5g of saturated fat per serving by preparing with BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Low Fat Cottage Cheese instead of the ricotta cheese. Just place cottage cheese in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Transfer to medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and continue as directed.

Variations

Prepare as directed, using one of the following flavor options: Cinnamon-Pecan Treat: Substitute 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon for the maple extract and toasted PLANTERS Pecan Pieces for the walnuts. Peanut Butter Treat: Omit maple extract and walnuts. Add 4 tsp. creamy peanut butter to ricotta cheese mixture before chilling. Almond Treat: Substitute almond extract for the maple extract and toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds for the walnuts.

Note

Be sure to use granular no calorie sweetener, which measures cup-for-cup like sugar.
