I could not find Bakers white chocolate squares in my store,so, I used some white chocolate chips. However the chips seized up on me in the microwave. To solve this problem I added 1 tablespoon of solid shortening and the white chocolate returned to a nice creamy consistancy.I proceeded with the recipe and the Marble Bark was very good and so easy.
