I've been making this recipe since 1977 when it first appeared. IT MUST BE MADE IN AN 11 x 17 JELLY ROLL PAN or there will be overflow, trust me. If that size is not available, use a smaller pan and put the excess chocolate mixture into cupcake cups. You can reserve some of the cream cheese topping for the cupcakes and swirl, etc. I try hundreds of recipes but always come back to this one because it's not too sweet. You won't be disappointed.
Very rich and soo good.
These were good, but I guess I wasn't expecting the chocolate part to be so airy and cake-like.
