  • Heat oven to 325ºF.
  • Beat cake mix, egg whites, lemon-lime soda and 1/2 cup lime juice in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  • Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake 18 to 23 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Beat pudding mix, milk, lime zest and remaining lime juice in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spread onto cupcakes; sprinkle with salt.
