Rated 5 out of 5 by from So good. So good. Tastes like the filling of a key lime pie. I served with fruit and vanilla wafers. Could also put inside a pie crust and serve that way! My only complaint is that I couldn't get it to smooth out very well. It was a little lumpy...like tapioca pudding consistancy. It didn't really matter though, because it tasted so great!

Immediately after making this (very easy) recipe, I tasted it and thought that the limeade concentrate was too overpowering. I covered it and put it in the fridge and, the next day when I brought it out, the flavours had mellowed. It was amazing! A definite keeper on my favourits list.

I made this recipe when I catered my brother's Wedding reception and served it with fresh fruits. It was delicious and the guests raved about it! I followed the suggestion and served it in a Margarita glass rimmed with sugar. The visual made it even more appealling.

We have made this numerous times for ourselves and for entertaining This is a wonderful alternative to many of the ready-made fruit dips. We used sugar-free Cool Whip and lowfat cream cheese and it was delicous! It tastes great with the tang of fresh strawberries.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've made this recipe 3 times now. I've made this recipe 3 times now. It is very refreshing for summer. I used low fat cream cheese and fat free cool whip. I added more cool whip to it and a little powdered sugar to it to cut down on the tartness. It is very good with cherries and grapes.
