What You Need

env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

1/2

cup oil

1/4

cup tequila

1/4

cup lime juice

lb. cleaned large shrimp

cups assorted cut-up vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini and mushrooms)

wooden skewers

Make It

MIX dressing mix, oil, tequila and lime juice until well blended. Pour over shrimp and vegetables in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 30 min. to 2 hours to marinate. Remove shrimp and vegetables from marinade; discard marinade.

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Arrange shrimp and vegetables on skewers.

GRILL kabobs 5 to 8 min. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 4 min.

Loved this recipe used on chicken & shrimp but put the chicken & shrimp on separate skewers due to different cooking times

I dont cook alot and I never cook shrimp. I made this recipe for my family at the lake and they were all crazy about it and very impressed that I could pull it off. It is great.

This was absolutely delicious!I followed the recipe except I didn't put the ingredients on skewers. I used a metal,mesh grill topper to cook it. So easy and my husband, who doesn't usually like the veggies, loved everything. I'll definitely make this again.

We made the shrimp only without the kabobs at a bbq over the weekend and everyone loved it! we marinated for about 4 hrs. In addtion I doubled the recipe since I had 2 lbs. and used 1 enevelope of good seasons italian and 1 envelope of the asian sesame flavor and it was fabulous!
