Marinated Beef Skewers

What You Need

1/2
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1
lb.  boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4
cup  olive oil
1
Tbsp.  red wine vinegar
1
cup  fresh parsley
1
clove  garlic, peeled
1/2
 bay leaf
1/2
tsp.  dried oregano leaves

Make It

POUR dressing over meat in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat meat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

HEAT broiler. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Thread meat evenly onto 12 (6-inch) wooden skewers. Place on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.

BROIL, 4 inches from heat, 7 to 8 min. or until done, turning after 4 min.

BLEND remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 3 min. Serve with meat skewers.

Easy Cleanup
Marinate the meat in a resealable plastic bag instead of in the shallow dish. Discard bag and any remaining marinade after removing meat.
How to Prevent the Wooden Skewers From Burning
To prevent skewers from burning, soak in water for the hour the meat is marinating before using to skewer the meat cubes.
