Marinated Pork Chops overnight for stronger flavor; also added 1 Tbsp Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce to marinade. Mixed marinade and put in large Ziplock, added meat and worked the liquid around carefully (bones!) and then refrigerated overnight. Cooked on the grill, and I had people snatching the bones off other people's plates, saying "You didn't get all the meat!" Very tender and flavorful. Served with classic pasta salad for less fat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful flavor. Wonderful flavor. Pork chops were not dry after pan frying and the mustard did not give it a too-strong flavor. Even my VERY picky teens loved it! Will definately make again. I marinated the chops over-night and then fried them in a pan. I did not add any extra oil because the tuscan salad dressing already had oil in it. Very quick and easy to fix.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you for this recipe. Thank you for this recipe. My pork chops were always so dry and tough, but not this time. They were tender and had a delicious flavor. Have already given this recipe to a friend and your website. I let them marinate for 35 minutes and cooked them in 2 Tbs vegetable oil and 1 Tbs butter. Try it, you will like it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How could such a beguiling simple marinade bring such delicious results? How could such a beguiling simple marinade bring such delicious results?! We crave these chops in our house! So simple and so delicious. The longer the marinade the better, and add a little extra in the skillet. You'll want a tsp or so to pour over each chop. Can't go wrong recipe for flavorful -- juicy -- chops!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My son LOVED this pork recipe! My son LOVED this pork recipe! I modified it a little: rather than marinate in a dish, I marinated in a ziploc bag for easy clean-up; rather than use Dijon mustard, I used yellow mustard (which I had on hand) and doubled the amount called for in the recipe. It was DELICIOUS! I will definitely make it again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great recipe! Great recipe! I marinated the pork chops for several hours prior to cooking and also cooked them in olive oil as one of the other user reviews suggested - excellent. Everyone in my family enjoyed the pork chops - down to my 18 month old twins! I'm making them again tonight!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yummy! Yummy! One of the best ways to prepare pork chops. The flavor of the meat complimented the mac n' cheese. Marinate for a few hours; the meat will have a stronger (and better) taste. Fry in olive oil...Will continue to make for family (even my 2 and 4 yr old LOVED it!
