This kabob recipe is easy and great!! I used i green pepper and 1 red pepper. I marinated the pork overnight. Will make again.
This recipe is awesome! Made it for dinner last night and there wasn't a scrap left. I used red and green pepers, onions and mushrooms for the veggies and brushed them with the marinade before grilling. I marinated the pork all afternoon- grilled up very tender. Just be careful not to over cook. Will definately make this again!
