Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice and tasty I made this today and it was very good. I have trouble with my oven and the chicken was done but the under side was still a bit oily from the dressing. I did not have fresh mushrooms so I improvised with a can of drained. Also did not have any basil so I had to use Italian seasoning and it came out just fine. I also did not want to waste the rest of the marinade and parmesan cheese so I sliced some potatoes really thin and added them to the chicken. Everything came out really well and I will make this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really like this recipe. I really like this recipe. You have the versatility of using a variety of ingredients. I sometimes use fresh or canned mushrooms, any Italian type dressing or marinade, and any cheese I have on hand. You can create many different styles with just one recipe!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from YUM! YUM! I didn't marinade for the full hour, looked at the directions 1/2 hour before it was time to make dinner, still tasted great with only 1/2 hour of marinating. Will definitely make again, a winner for the entire family. I may even add bacon next time. I did find that you need more than the suggested amount of Parmesan, the amount suggested was not nearly enough to coat the 4 pieces of chicken well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was outstanding! This was outstanding! Though my husband marinated it for four hours and not one. I didn't add the extra cheese on top because I thought that would be too much cheese. I also didn't have fresh mushrooms. I used a big can with cilantro sprinkled on top. I served over long grain rice with green beans and my whole family loved it. Even my 2 and 6 year olds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loved this recipe! My family loved this recipe! I had a bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing & Marinade and used the entire bottle with about 8 chicken breasts. Followed the recipe exactly except for leaving out the mushroom part. The parmesan is a definite must in this recipe and should be doubled at least! Delicious! Delicious! Will definitely make again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was awesome! This was awesome! It was super easy to make, (I let it marinate while I was at work) and it tasted great! I made extra for my boyfriend to take for lunch the next day, but he wound up eating it all! I didn't have fresh parsley so I used 1 tbsp. dried and I added some ground ginger when I cooked the mushrooms. *Yum*

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even my 6 and 4 year old ate this! Even my 6 and 4 year old ate this! It was really good, really fast, and really easy! The only thing I did differently was instead of using fresh herbs, I used about a teaspoon of dried parsley, dried Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. It was such a huge hit. This will definitely be a new weekly staple!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this with boneless skinless thighs instead of breast. I made this with boneless skinless thighs instead of breast. It was divine. I toped some of the pieces with mushrooms, green and red peppers, and red onion. some of the pieces just had the peppers and onions and some just had the cheese. My kids, mom and husband all loved it. Great job Kraft.
